About Us

Cube Housing Association Limited is a Scottish Registered Charity, formed in 1990 to develop general and special needs housing and to provide agency services to other housing organisations .

As a Registered Housing Association, Cube’s main functions are to provide affordable houses for those in housing need. This is achieved by:-

  • Building new housing
  • Managing and improving existing housing
  • Providing housing and related services to other organisations
  • Providing homes for people with particular needs such as supported housing for the elderly or people with disabilities

The Association directly owns and manages over 3,100 properties in Glasgow, West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and Argyll & Bute.

We have a employ approximately 100 staff and are currently delivering a capital programme of over £12million.

Milton Community Homes

Cube has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Milton Communities Homes Limited, which was set up to manage the stock of the Glasgow Housing Association in Milton.
The company is autonomous from Cube but Cube is represented on the Management Committee and relationships between the two organisations are laid down in an independence agreement signed by both parties. For more information see www.miltoncommunityhomes.org.uk.  

Cube Innovations Ltd.

Cube Housing Association has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary company known as Cube Innovations Limited.  The objective of this subsidiary is to complement the work of Cube Housing Association by carrying out projects and receiving funding which would not be available to Cube.
The company also carries out some of Cube’s non-charitable activities, such as agency & consulting services.
