CHIEF EXECUTIVE - Lynn McCulloch

Qualifications : MA English Literature & Sociology, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Housing.

Skills & Experience :
More than 25 years experience in the social rented sector, starting with 15 years in Glasgow City's Housing Department, including as Depute and District Housing Manager in the west and east of Glasgow.  Until 2003, she was Director of Ferguslie Park Housing Association in the pioneering period for partnership and wider regeneration.  As Head of Inspection with Communities Scotland until 2006, Lynn was responsible for the inspection of the housing and homelessness services of Registered Social Landlords and local authorities throughout Scotland.  A former Chairperson of the CIH in Scotland.



 



HEAD OF HOUSING SERVICES - Sandra McLeod

Qualifications: Diploma in Housing Studies, Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Skills & Experience:
Over 20 years experience in Housing Management working for Scottish Special Housing Association and Scottish Homes, as well as agency work for other housing associations.  Extensive knowledge of tenant participation, housing legislation and project management of new initiatives.








HEAD OF REGENERATION - Willie Croft

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Economics and Politics, Diploma in Housing Studies,  Master of Business Administration, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Housing.

Skills & Experience:
25 years experience working in the social rented sector, 18 years of which at a senior level within local authorities up to Depute Director level, including 5 years experience in charge of a successful and profitable Direct Labour Organisation.  Appointed as Service Delivery Director at Home in Scotland HA Ltd in 2004 and joined Cube in December 2006.








HEAD OF FINANCE AND COPORATE
– Stephen Boyle

Qualifications: Bachelor of Accountancy, Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy

Skills and Experience: Started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Government Service Department where he worked with a number of large and complex bodies across all aspects of the public sector. After qualifying, he worked for Audit Scotland, where he was a manager specialising in auditing the NHS and central government departments. More recently, Stephen was the Financial Analysis Manager at the Scottish Housing Regulator, previously Communities Scotland, where he was responsible for assessing and monitoring the financial viability of around 170 registered social landlords throughout Scotland.
