Formal control of the Association rests with the Management Board. The Board meets every two months and at least six times a year. In addition to the powers included in the Association's Rules, the Board is also responsible for corporate strategy, policies and membership applications.

Management Board also oversees the operation of Committees specialising in Housing; Finance and Regeneration and Audit and General Purposes.
The Board can consist of up to fifteen members (excluding co-options) drawn from the membership categories of tenant, owner and individual.

Gordon Scott - Chairperson
Gordon is an active tenant representative living in Wyndford, Glasgow. Gordon works for East Dunbartonshire Council Social Work department in the field of Learning Disabilities.
Michael Paton - Vice Chairperson
An ex serviceman who has returned to live in Glasgow after 20 years in the Army, Michael is an active tenant representative and Convenor of the Audit & General Purposes Committee.
Bob Turnbull - Vice Chairperson
Bob is a Director of CRGP Ltd., a Glasgow company which provides multi discipline services to the construction industry. He has many years experience as a qualified Quantity Surveyor and leads CRGP's project management team. He is Convenor of the Finance & Regeneration Committee.
Elizabeth Ruine - Vice Chairperson
Liz is a lifelong activist whose voluntary work led to her career as an out of school Care Manager. Her belief that everyone deserves good housing and facilities is behind her varied community roles for people of all ages. She is a Cube tenant in Castlehill, Dumbarton and has lived there for over 20 years. Liz is a dedicated representative of tenants in the Dumbarton area.

Jacqueline Barnes
A tenant in Castlehill, Dumbarton for more than 20 years, Jackie has varied work experience, mainly in the caring sector. She is currently very active in the voluntary sector in promoting out of school care and facilities for young people in Castlehill, while studying for a vocational qualification and actively representing tenants.
Bill Carroll
Bill has lived in Wyndford, Maryhill for 40 years and is an owner in the family home. Bill is very well known in the area and his community activities began over 20 years ago when, with other residents, he started the Wyndford Social Association and more recently with his neighbour Mrs Wilson, and other residents, Bill formed the Wyndford Residents Association (WRA). Although no longer their chairperson, Bill takes great pride in the achievements of the WRA.
Maureen Carroll
Maureen lives in a 26 storey block in Wyndford, Maryhill and is retired from paid work. Her previous career has been as a teacher, a civil servant, and a nurse (Care of the Elderly and A&E) and also as a midwife for 20 years working in the Community. Maureen is interested in socially/ecologically sound regeneration and refurbishment in general, and as it applies to multi-storey properties.
Catherine Lowe
Catherine has a distinguished background in housing, previously as Head of Housing in Moray Council and Head of the Homelessness Partnership with Glasgow City Council. She has been a prominent member of the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland and also on the Institute's Council. Catherine is keen to use her expertise to help Cube improve its services to people; she is currently an independent housing consultant and also works in the family business, providing personalised clothing throughout Scotland.
Frank Macfadden
Frank is a business consultant in the area of community safety and the use of CCTV, currently managing these services for Edinburgh City Council. He also spent over 20 years as a senior Human Resources professional in local government.
Linda McGrory
A tenant in Wyndford since 2008, Linda previously worked in the NHS (nursing sector) for 15 years and retired early from there. She has a great interest in regeneration issues, in particular combined heat and power projects and the benefits they will bring to families. Linda has a great interest in her local community and has previously been a member of the Wyndford Residents Association.
Lesley McInnes
Currently Chief Executive of West Highland Housing Association based in Oban, Lesley also has extensive experience in Local Authority housing and housing associations, including responsibility for housing support, property development and strategic planning.
Douglas Paton
A tenant in Wyndford, Glasgow for over 30 years, Dougie is a retired painter and decorator who worked on the estate during its construction by SSHA in the 1960's. He then had a long career in shipbuilding where he was also a shop steward.
