Membership of the Association

Cube belongs to its members.  The members of the Association are those people who hold a share in the Association, these shares costs £1. 

Membership is open to persons over 18 (or over the age of 16 in the case of Cube tenants).  As a member of the Association you would:

  • Be entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting which elects the Management Board.
  • Be able to stand for election to the Management Board which is responsible for ensuring Cube meets its objectives.
  • Be consulted and have a say in major policy decisions which affect the Association and the management of your home in the future.

There are four different categories of membership.  You can apply for membership in one of the categories of Tenant, Owner, Individual and Corporate.  Each category has a quota for membership and if the category you are applying for is full, we will place your name on our waiting list until a space becomes available.
