Salary £19,732 - £23,890 PA, pro rata to the contract duration
This post is temporary to cover Maternity leave and will last for 1 year or the return of the post holder, which ever is earliest.
The Main purpose of this post is to provide the front line delivery of a high quality housing service to Cube's customers and clients at the Association's offices and on the estates.
The Successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to support the housing officers in their specialisms:
Neighbourhood Services Team, who specialise in investigating and managing reports of antisocial behaviour, applying antisocial legislation and carrying out estate management duties.
Tenancy Services Team, who providing tenancy sustainment and support, dealing with lettings and income maximisation.
Ideally the successful candidates will have a qualification in customer service, support/counselling or a related discipline, have good organisational and interpersonal skills and work proactively as part of a team.
