The main purpose of this post is to supporting the Housing Services Teams with routine clerical and administrative tasks in relation to lettings, income maximisation, tenancy services and estate management to maximise customer service.
The Successful candidate will be the front line in the delivery of a high quality customer service to Cube's customers at the Association's office in Maryhill. The postholder must be committed to providing the best possible customer service, have good organisational and interpersonal skills and work proactively as part of a team.
