Cube Housing Association Ltd - A Scottish Registered Charity

Complaints

Cube has a formal Complaints and Appeals Policy which aims to deal with complaints and appeals efficiently and quickly.

An easy to read information leaflet, complete with a complaint form is freely available from all of the Associations area offices and local tenant contact points.  Both of these documents can be downloaded from our Document Library
.
All complaints are treated confidentially and The Association tries to sort the complaint out informally in the first instance.  The final recourse in the Complaints Procedure is to the Association’s Management Committee.  If the complainant remains unsatisfied there remains recourse to The Housing Association Ombudsman for Scotland and/or Communities Scotland who are the regulatory authority for registered social landlords.
