26 Storey Blocks

The Association has properties available to let within our 26 Storey Blocks in the Wyndford Area.  These properties are situated at 120, 151, 171 and 191 Wyndford Road and all blocks benefit from secure Controlled Entry and CCTV.  They are not advertised individually within our web site or in the Evening Times Newspaper.  If you wish to apply for these properties you can either indicate this by ticking the appropriate box in the Registration Form or by contacting the Lettings Team at our office at 70 Glenfinnan Road, Wyndford on 0845 250 7966 (option 2) or by emailing our Lettings Team.

The properties consist of a mixture of bedsit and one bedroom flats.  The bedsit flats are fitted with a partition which divides the living and sleeping areas and have mirrored finish wardrobes.  All flats are double glazed and use electric storage heating and have new fitted kitchens.  To download a copy of the 26 Storey Property Schedule, click here.
