Cube Housing Association has introduced an innovative choice based letting scheme that allows tenants to apply for the house they want rather than waiting for one to be allocated to them.

Registered Social Landlords in Scotland should let houses through a system that;

• Gives reasonable preference to those in greatest housing need
• Makes best use of available stock
• Maximises choice and
• helps to sustain communities
