There are eleven two-apartment terraced and semi-detached bungalows for the elderly, situated in a private development in the Whitehills area of Hamilton. All properties have central heating and are double-glazed.

Lennoxtown

Our properties in Lennoxtown are situated in the Highpark area of East Dumbartonshire, north of Glasgow. This small estate consists of a mix of 37 new-build and refurbished flats and houses for rent, comprising 2-apartment flats, 3-apartment flats and houses, 4-apartment flats and houses, and 5-apartment houses.

All flats and houses are designed to a high specification with gas central heating, feature fires, controlled entry doors, fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Due to the low turnover of these properties, they are rarely available for let.

Milngavie

The development at Craigash Quadrant, Milngavie consists of fourteen properties; terraced houses and cottage flats, that are all 3-apartments. The theme for these properties was ‘flexible use of space’ to accommodate the changing needs of those who live in them. They are barrier-free, have ground for bathrooms and bedrooms, an upstairs box room that can be converted to additional bathroom space, a convertible roof space and the potential for supported accommodation.
