Description
Cube Housing Association, in partnership with Renfrewshire Council, are currently working up proposals to develop the above properties.
Plans to build the 6 houses for people with special needs were approved by the Council in August 2006 and we are now working on plans to bring forward additional new housing which will complement the development of this new specialist housing.
In addition to the 6 specialist houses with 24 hour support, Cube HA will provide 24 family sized houses for rent with funding assistance from Communities Scotland. It is also intended that Cube provides a completely new play area as part of the development. The Council plans to encourage a development of houses for sale on the remainder of the site.
