Description

Since 2001, Cube has been working in partnership with Dunbritton Housing Association to deliver the objectives of the Haldane Master Plan. The Plan identified the most cost effective option for the regeneration of the Haldane Estate. This provided for demolition of 180 low demand tenemental flats and their replacement with newbuild properties. To date the Association has demolished 138 flats and built 80 new houses for rent. Cruden Estates has also built 50 houses for owner occupation

The current regeneration plans are expected to continue until approximately 2012 to provide around a further 160 new homes.
