Description

This new initiative is being developed by four partner organisations: Glasgow Homelessness Partnership, Glasgow Addiction Services, Turning Point Scotland and Cube Housing Association. The initiative will enable the Council to meet its strategic objectives in relation to homelessness and its proposals to replace and close the remaining large hostels with more appropriate services responding to individual needs.

The development will provide 11 self contained flats including staff accommodation. Following completion, Turning Point Scotland will provide in house support to single homeless men with drug issues. It is anticipated that the average length of stay for tenants will be 6-12 months..
