Description
Cube was approached by AWG Residential Ltd to build houses on a site in Lennoxtown, East Dunbartonshire. East Dunbartonshire Council’s Affordable Housing Policy includes a general requirement that all residential developments will include a given percentage of "affordable" social housing. This site will provide 102 houses for sale and 14 houses for rent. The houses for rent will be owned by Cube and operated by Cube. Our houses will start on site during June 2007 and be completed by May 2008.
