Description

This housing project by Cube Housing Association is a homeless persons direct access unit. It provides accommodation for 11 households, which can be single person, two person or three person households.

In addition the direct access unit provides a reception area, a managers office, two interview rooms, a training kitchen, a group work room and a plant room in the basement.

Pedestrian and car access to the unit is from Woodstock Avenue. The main entrance to the building and its reception area is located to the rear corner of this building.

This direct access unit will be leased by the Association to a service provider, who will work under a service contract arrangement with East Dunbartonshire Council.
