Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to install new bathrooms in 206 multi storey flats with a view to extending the work through partnership over the next 3 years.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality / Price assessment. Successful tenders will be subject to being added to the Associations approved contractors list.
