Installation of Controlled Entry, Wyndford Estate, Maryhill, Glasgow
Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to install controlled entry and doors to 10 blocks of maisonettes.
The works will comprise the installation of controlled entry and multi secure door to each block at Wyndford, Maryhill and will include associated finishes. The Bill of Quantities will be issued to tender.
Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment. Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
