Gas Central Heating, Broomhill & Gorget, Glasgow

Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to install gas central heating to 18 maisonettes and 17 corner flats.

The works will comprise the installation of gas central heating to each property at Broomhill and Gorget and will include associated finishes. The Bill of Quantities will be issued to tender.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment. Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
