Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to replace existing kitchens in 94 flats within an 18 storey block at 5 Broomhill Lane, Glasgow, G11 7NW.

The works will comprise the renewal of the existing kitchens at 94 flats within a 18 storey block in Broomhill and will include associated finishes.The Bill of Quantities will be issued to tender, based on phase 1 with an option to extend to a further 4 blocks over 2 financial years.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment.Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
