Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to replace existing kitchens in 30 flats within an 8 storey block at 9 Gorget Quadrant, Glasgow, G13 2AH.

The works will comprise the renewal of the existing kitchens at 30 flats within an 8 storey block in Gorget and will include associated finishes. The Bill of Quantities will be issued to tender, based on phase 1 with an option to extend to a further 2 blocks over 2 financial years.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment. Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
