Kitchen Renewals, Wyndford Estate, Glasgow

Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to replace existing kitchens in 136 properties within the Wyndford Estate at 3,9,15 Carrbridge Drive, 10 Glenfinnan Drive and 1 property at 35 Wyndford Drive.

The works will comprise the renewal of the existing kitchens in various property types in Wyndford and will include associated finishes.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment. Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
