In the last 2 years Cube Housing Association has spent around £5.5 million on your homes. This year we plan to spend a further £5million on improvements such as kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows and doors.
The proposed 2009/2010 planned maintenance programme reflects the information that we have as a result of current stock survey information, our maintenance staff’s knowledge of our housing stock, and the broad wishes of Cube tenants.
The programme also takes account of the wishes of owner occupiers as far as possible since they may need to contribute their share of the cost of some of the maintenance and improvement works.
