Rewire and Kitchen Renewals, Wyndford Estate, Maryhill, Glasgow

Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to rewire the properties and alter and replace existing kitchens in 150 flats within a 26 storey block.

The works will comprise the rewire of each property and will include the common area, which incorporates the public and emergency lighting and the renewal of the existing kitchens at 150 flats within a 26 storey block at Wyndford, Maryhill and will include associated finishes. The Bill of Quantities will be issued to tender, based on a one year contract with an option to extend for a further year.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment. Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
