Window Renewals, Wyndford Estate, Maryhill, Glasgow

Cube Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractors to install new windows and doors in 124 maisonettes and 118 corner flats.

The works will comprise the renewal of the existing windows and doors at the maisonettes and corner flats at Wyndford, Maryhill and will include associated finishes. The Bill of Quantities will be issued to tender, based on UPVC with a profile of LB Plastics or similar and approved.

Interested parties will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire from which suitably competent companies will be selected to tender on a Quality/Price assessment. Successful tenders will be required to meet the qualifying criteria for the Associations approved contractors list.
