Report An Issue

If you have any concerns or issues relating to the Caretaking Service in your area you can report this to the Caretaking Services Officer by using the Report An Issue form.

Satisfaction Survey

In order for Cube Housing to evaluate the caretaker service provided to you we would like you to spend a few minutes and complete a Satisfaction Survey. The information you provide will highlight any concerns or good work practises provided by your caretaker.
The information we received from the Satisfaction Survey both on-line and through random letter drops will be displayed each month.
