Contract Cleaning Service

In 2008 Cube Housing Association took on the services of a cleaning contractor to carry out cleaning duties within a number of our multi storey blocks in Wyndford. Due to the success of this Cube Housing produced a consultation document to all residents to expand this service. This has resulted in a positive response in a number of other blocks in Wyndford, Broomhill, Gorget and other outlying areas.

During this consultation document we asked our residents originally receiving the service to comment on how satisfied they were with the service and if they wished it to continue. With 104 returns received an overwhelming 91.5% wished the service to continue.

The Contact Cleaning Service will now be carried out in the following areas as from April 2010;

Caledonian Cleaning Services

Caledonian Cleaning are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a 2 ½ year contract to provide common stair cleaning services on behalf of the tenants of Cube Housing Association in Wyndford, Broomhill, Gorget and other outlying areas in Glasgow. This comes after Caledonian Cleaning successfully completed a previous 2 year contract to provide similar services to Cube Housing Association tenants in Wyndford, Maryhill. Caledonian Director: Jim McLaughlin said: “Everyone at Caledonian Cleaning is delighted that we have been awarded this new contract, building as it does on our previous experience working for Cube’s tenants in Wyndford, Maryhill. We are working hard to ensure that we give the residents in the new areas, the same high quality service that we have delivered to the residents of the Wyndford estate to date.”
