Caledonian Cleaning Services

The following tasks are maintained through this contract;

• Brush all common floor and stair areas and remove all debris from site
• Wash all common floor and stairs area. Leave no excess water on floor or stairs that might cause a hazard
• Clean down all associated metal balustrades, hopper lids (where accessible) and metal handrails
• Clean and polish all landing area screens, including frames and glass (both sides)
• Clean down all stainless steel lifts and architrave on each landing (excluding Foyer)
• The contractors must remove/ replace all loose floor covering while cleaning areas
