Cube Housing Association Ltd - A Scottish Registered Charity

If you have any comments or suggestions for the Estate Services Team, please email them to Neighbourhood Services or telephone 0141 945 6959.

Estate Services

Cube is committed to providing a safe and secure place to work, rest and play.  To achieve this we need motivated and trained staff and importantly, the support of residents taking care of their areas of responsibility, such as the rota for taking turns at cleaning their landings and stairs etc.  If you are unsure or would like advice, please contact your Caretaker or the Wyndford Office.

We encourage everyone to report Antisocial Behaviour such as graffiti, vandalism and litter to our Neighbourhood Services Team and where appropriate, Strathclyde Police.

Our Estate Services team has a total of 21 Caretakers based within 3 sites; Wyndford, Broomhill and Gorget with the Caretaker Services Officer based within the Control Room.  Caretaking is provided to residents in our Wyndford, Broomhill and Gorget Estates, Monday to Sunday as described in the Tenants Caretaking Charters for each estate.

This is supported by the 24 hour Control Room Service based in Wyndford with access to the CCTV system as described in the Control Room Charter which also explains how to report Antisocial Behaviour.  In the event of an emergency requiring the Police, Fire or Ambulance Service we would ask residents to contact the emergency services directly.

Strathclyde Police recognise that there are circumstances when people do not wish to give their name and address when reporting incidents to them.  You do not have to give your details and can request the Police not to call at your home.

Waste Disposal

Every resident is responsible for appropriate disposal of household waste and we would encourage everyone to use the recycling bins to reduce the amount of waste.

Littering is a nuisance and crime which affects the whole community.  We would remind everyone that they can be fined on the spot for failing to appropriately dispose of litter or household waste.  If you are unsure when and where it is safe to leave bulk items for removal, please contact our offices, local council or your Caretaker.  All Caretakers have their picture and contact number displayed on the notice board within your block.

Please remember that to protect our environment, white goods such as fridges and freezers have to be disposed of responsibly.  You should contact your local council for further information on their uplift service for white goods.
