Cube Housing Association Ltd provides 138 sheltered houses for rent across three areas in Glasgow. These areas are Maryhill, Gorget, and Ruchazie.
The Association operates an anti-discrimination policy which ensures that all applicants are treated equally in terms of any application for sheltered services with Cube Housing.
Although Cube Housing owns the sheltered housing and provides landlord services, it does not directly provide the housing support. This is provided by specialist sheltered housing providers who are experienced in this type of service provision. These housing support providers are registered with the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care (The Care Commission) and the services are inspected on a regular basis to ensure the highest of standards are met. The Care Commission regulates and inspects all care services in Scotland to ensure that people who use care services receive the same standard of care wherever they live.
