Pay Your Rent

Online Payment

If you wish to pay online, please click on the allpayments.net logo on the right.  Once there, you will be asked to enter your 19 digit allpay.net™ card number.  You can then follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.

By Direct Debit

Direct Debit™ is the best way to pay each month or week, direct through your Bank or Building Society. You remain in control and have the right to cancel at any time. You have a money-back guarantee in case of error. Payments are made monthly or weekly but you only sign one form and your Bank or Building Society does the rest. Your Direct Debit™ will continue unless you cancel it in writing.  To download a copy of our Direct Debit Mandate, click here.

By allpay.net™

You can use your allpay.net™ card at any Post Office™ and at over 150 PAYPOINTS™ throughout the city. To find your nearest allpay.net™ locations, click here.  You can also pay by Debit or Credit Card by calling 0844 557 8321. Please have your allpay.net™ card and payment card ready.  If you have lost or misplaced your card, please contact your Housing Officer for a replacement.

By Standing Order

Please contact your Housing Officer in our Tenancy Management Team to set up a Standing Order.

By Cheque or Postal Order

If you pay your rent by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Cube Housing Association Ltd, and please clearly mark your name, address and account number on the back of the cheque.

If you are on a low income and have limited savings you may be entitled to Housing Benefit.

If you have other debts you can seek advice from the Association’s Welfare Rights Officer.

OUR POLICY

We offer practical advice and assistance to prevent arrears rising by offering the services of Housing Staff and the Association’s Welfare Rights Officer. We also have a list of specialist money advice and debt agencies that may be able to help you.

If you fall into arrears, we will consider payment arrangements. This will generally be the weekly or monthly rent plus a payment towards the arrear.

If you do not make your rental payments, we will be prepared to take legal action to recover the arrears or evict you from your home.
