Welcome to the Tenant and Owner Services section of the website. Our Housing Services team would like all tenants to be satisfied with their homes and environment. This section of the website should help answer any queries you may have regarding your tenancy, your home, your neighbourhood and estate. You can also pay your rent and log repairs online.
We provide a range of services to over 3,200 tenants in Glasgow, West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Argyll and Bute.
Our team carry out all the day to day functions of the Association including rent collection, house letting, repairs processing, caretaking, estate management and tenant participation.
We provide support to local Area Committees and local groups and are always keen to hear your feedback on the services we deliver.
