Cube Housing Association Ltd. and it's associate company Cube Innovations are both registered with the Information Commissioner under the terms of the above Act.   The registration numbers. are Z5012316 and Z9200930 respectively. 

These registrations concern the following areas; staff administration, accounts and records, advertising, marketing and public relations, the management and administration of land and property and the estate management of other organisations, crime prevention and prosecution of offenders,

Any personal information collected on this web site is used purely for the purposes outlined above. 

Making a data access request

At any time, if you believe that we hold personal information about yourself, you are entitled to have access to a copy of this.  This is the case whether this information was collected either as a function of this web site or during the course of any tenancy management business with yourself.  Any requests to view such information are known as Data Access Requests. 
All such requests must be made in writing to our head office at the address found on the Contact Us page of this web site.

All such requests are subject to a charge of £10 per request for each type of information.
