20 flats for social rent: 16 x 1 bedroom flats and 4 x 2 bedroom flats. 
The site is located in the Dalmuir area of Clydebank just off Dumbarton Road, west of the town centre. The development is in close proximity to Cube’s new-build development at Beardmore Place, a range of local shops, the Golden Jubilee Hospital and the Golden Jubilee Hotel.

About our new homes

The 70 homes in Glasgow's Milton area range from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom houses and are due to be finished by spring 2018. The new homes include 19 amenity flats specially adapted for older people and nine for wheelchair users.
The £7.4million first phase is being partly funded through a grant from Glasgow City Council and from Cube's parent company, Wheatley Group. The homes are being built by City Building (Contracts).

About our new homes

Cube is behind the £5.3million development in Kelvindale which will consist of three modern, energy-efficient blocks of flats. One of the blocks will be designed to provide 34 ‘amenity’ flats for older people. The two other blocks at Kelvindale Place will have a mix of flats with one to three bedrooms - with six ground-floor flats designed for wheelchair users. All the homes will be for social rent.
